About the Opportunity
You'll work directly with ownership to help strengthen and grow two boutique wellness locations by building teams, improving operations, developing future leaders, and creating an exceptional experience for every guest.
This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain what's already built. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, developing people, and elevating performance while helping shape the next chapter of our business.

Experience We're Looking For
Leadership experience in hospitality, boutique hotels, wellness, luxury retail, fitness, restaurants, or other guest-focused businesses is highly valued.
Spa experience is a plus, but exceptional leadership, operational excellence, people development, and a passion for delivering remarkable guest experiences matter even more.
